About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Establishment President to join our team at Pharmacy Coach Drug Store (LN1) Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
    • Establish clear objectives and goals for the organization, and ensure that all team members are aligned and working towards these objectives.
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail establishment, including managing staff, inventory, and finances.
    • Ensure that all operational activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service and Sales
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Team Management
    • Supervise and manage a team of 1 to 2 people, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed.
    • Ensure that all team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Technology and Systems
    • Manage and maintain the use of MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook within the organization.
  • Security and Safety
    • Ensure that all security and safety protocols are in place and followed by all team members.
  • Work Environment and Conditions
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.
    • Be able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
    • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Experience and Qualifications
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Permanent employment with a 30-hour workweek.
    • Fluency in English as the primary language of work.
