About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Establishment President to join our team at M.A.S. JEWELRY INC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail establishment and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
    • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
    • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
  • Strategic Planning
    • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
    • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Staff Management
    • Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
    • Supervise staff or team
    • Hire, train, direct and motivate staff
  • Operational Management
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
    • Conduct training sessions
    • Manage staff and assign duties
  • Financial Management
    • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate or diploma required
  • Experience
    • 5 years or more of experience in a retail or wholesale establishment
  • Skills
    • Excellent oral communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong leadership and management skills
Working Conditions
