Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at C Market Coffee. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
  • Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
  • Monitor revenues to determine labor costs
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure seamless execution
  • Recruit and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
