Job Title: Store Manager/Supervisor

At JYSK Canada, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager/Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall management and supervision of the store team, ensuring exceptional customer service, sales growth, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing store team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to formulate and execute business plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Manage store budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics, providing regular reporting and analysis to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role, with a proven track record of success.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary retail management diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills, with a focus on driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
