Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop a high-performing store team to achieve sales and service targets
- Manage store operations, including inventory, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve business objectives and support company initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards
- 2+ years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in home goods or furniture
- Proven track record of achieving sales and service targets
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary retail management diploma preferred
- Competitive salary range: $50,000 to $55,000 annually
