Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At Tim Hortons, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality food preparation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide excellent oral communication skills to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Team Management: Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, establish work schedules, and maintain a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
