Settlements Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Settlements Analyst to join our team at Michael Page International Canada Limited. As a Settlements Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of financial transactions and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Transaction Management: Utilize your expertise in FX to efficiently manage swaps and rolls, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Reconciliation and Verification: Conduct thorough reconciliations and verifications to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
- Canadian Payment Systems: Demonstrate a solid understanding of PAD, its operation, benefits, and client desirability.
- Payment Processing: Handle domestic Canadian payments, including Swift MT103, amendments, recalls, and adhere to cut-off times.
- Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Demonstrate the ability to analyze complex financial transactions and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain accurate and detailed records, ensuring the integrity of financial data.
- Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
