We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to join our People & Culture team on an 18-month contract. The successful candidate will provide integrated administrative support to the Vice President, People & Culture, and other team leaders, with a focus on initiatives, projects, and working groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Composing and editing correspondence, documents, and presentations for the Vice President and People & Culture team
  • Providing exceptional oral and written communication skills to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing budgets, submitting expenses, and organizing team meetings, events, and programs to elevate employee experiences
  • Supporting the administration of employee-based platforms, such as UKG, 15Five, and Bucketlist
  • Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, supporting Fresh Service tickets, and assisting with ad-hoc projects
Requirements
  • High school graduation supplemented by post-secondary education in business and secretarial courses, or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to develop clear, concise, and comprehensive written communication
  • Superior interpersonal, oral communication, and relationship management skills
  • Adept at balancing major concurrent tasks and projects, working with internal staff and stakeholders in a coordinated manner
  • Excellent computer skills using Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
