Job Summary:

Federated Co-operatives Limited is seeking a skilled Gas Bar Manager to oversee the operations of our gas bar. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the gas bar, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement short-term strategies to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Oversee the management of staff, including coaching, training, and performance management.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Monitor and control expenses to achieve profitability targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • 6-9 years of experience in a retail environment, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and vendors.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
