What you’ll do:

You will be responsible for the oversight and management of the Gas Bar by:

Establishing short term strategies, goals and objectives for the store in alignment with the strategic plan. Overseeing adherence to brand and merchandising standards, marketing efforts, image standards, financial management, and safety and asset protection. Ensuring consistent and profitable operations with the goal of continually improving operations. Purchasing and marketing convenience store merchandise and manage relationships with vendors. Coaching team members, providing day to day direction and guidance, including performance management, training, and development. Ensure adherence to all regulations, Company, H&S, Loss Prevention policies and procedures. Strongly representing our values of Integrity , Commitment and Responsibility .

Who you are:  

You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:

You have completed Grade 12. You have 6 – 9 years of experience in a retail environment. You have 3+ years of experience leading a medium-sized department. You’re familiar with developing departmental goals and strategies to achieve them. You’re comfortable leading a team and providing day to day direction and guidance. You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives. You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.

An equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered for this position.
