Job Title: Gas Station Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Manager to join our team at ESSO GAS STATION.

Job Summary:

The Gas Station Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the gas station, including staff supervision, customer service, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive a high level of service and that their needs are met.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that stock is always available and that waste is minimized.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the gas station, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that the gas station is a safe and healthy environment for staff and customers.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
