POSITION SUMMARY

At Strike Group, we are seeking a skilled Project Controller to lead the delivery of project controls, including planning, scheduling, estimating, cost management, trend and change management, progress measurement and evaluation, reporting, and project accounting. This role will provide technical and management support to our field construction operations team for a progress monitoring tool.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare complex reports in Excel for internal and external distribution, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Provide technical support for various in-house progress tracking and scheduling applications, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain and evaluate project progress, including earned value management, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Implement the cost management process, including assisting with budget and chart of account development, to ensure effective financial management.
  • Review and validate production quantity and invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with change management functions, including the creation of proposals and field implementation, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Continuously improve project administrative processes and procedures to enhance efficiencies and effectiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business, or Finance.
  • 3+ years of experience in Project Controls, with a strong background in engineering and construction-based cost and scheduling systems.
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling software, including Primavera P6, and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
