We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Good Earth Coffeehouse Capital Park. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our coffee shop, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, prepare budget and cost estimates, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that all customers receive excellent service.

As a Food Service Supervisor at Good Earth Coffeehouse Capital Park, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are ever the same. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, kneel, and walk, and will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
