Job Summary:

We are seeking passionate and caring Registered Nurses to join our team. As a Registered Nurse with Bayshore HealthCare, you will use your clinical skills to provide high-quality care to our clients in the comfort and safety of their care setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical care to clients in their homes or community settings
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop effective care plans
  • Document client progress and communicate with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the provincial licensing body
  • Current CPR certification
  • Clear criminal background check (with vulnerable sector screening), negative TB test
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
