About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapy Specialist to join our team at Lifemark. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our clinical services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and clinical reasoning.
  • Continuously evaluate patient progress and drive quality improvement in patient care delivery.
  • Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Utilize electronic charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations.
  • Manage a diverse caseload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve exceptional service standards.
  • Engage in ongoing learning, mentorship, and skills development to stay current with best practices.
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
  • Registration in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
  • Experience working in an outpatient rehabilitation setting is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
