- Continuously evaluate patient progress and drive quality improvement in patient care delivery.
- Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Utilize electronic charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations.
- Manage a diverse caseload in a fast-paced environment.
- Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve exceptional service standards.
- Engage in ongoing learning, mentorship, and skills development to stay current with best practices.
- Graduate degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
- Registration in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- Experience working in an outpatient rehabilitation setting is an asset.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and multi-disciplinary environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
