Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscape Supervisor to join our team at Meridian Landscaping and Maintenance Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and maintenance of various landscaping projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and schedule work to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Plan and estimate labour and materials required for projects
  • Supervise staff and provide technical guidance and support
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Examine trees and shrubs to diagnose problems and disease
  • Apply fertilizers, fungicides, herbicides, pesticides, and other lawn care products
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in landscaping or a related field
  • Valid driver's licence and own vehicle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
