We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Incareof Inc. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Responsibilities:- Assist healthcare practitioners during examinations or treatments, ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety.
- Monitor patients and advise physicians of any changes in their condition, providing timely and accurate updates.
- Address and document symptoms and changes in patients' conditions, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
- Assess patients to identify appropriate nursing interventions, utilizing your expertise to develop effective care plans.
- Dispense and administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician, adhering to strict protocols and guidelines.
- Operate or monitor medical apparatus or equipment, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of patient care.
- Provide nursing care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Supervise licensed practical nurses and other nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest level of patient care.
- Perform administrative tasks, including documentation, reporting, and communication with healthcare teams.
- CPR Certificate
- First Aid Certificate
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse by provincial or territorial authorities
- Criminal record check
- Tuberculosis test
