- Provide Nursing Care: Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients, including wound care, vital sign monitoring, and medication management.
- Supervise Nursing Staff: Lead and mentor licensed practical nurses and other nursing staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Perform Administrative Tasks: Manage patient records, communicate with healthcare teams, and perform other administrative duties as needed.
- Certifications and Licenses: Hold a valid Registered Nurse license and CPR/First Aid certifications.
- Education and Experience: Possess a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and 2 years of experience in a long-term care setting.
