We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Montreal, QC.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Assist customers throughout their booking, flight check-in, and aircraft boarding and deplaning processes, adhering to our Customer Service policies, company procedures, and safety regulations.
  2. Ensure the safe movement of passengers to and from aircraft, providing additional assistance when needed.
  3. Provide outstanding customer service and collaborate with the PAL Airlines team to develop new service initiatives.
  4. Perform administrative tasks and report on operational aspects of PAL Airlines scheduled and charter flights.
  5. Work closely with all departments to ensure a seamless customer experience from origin to destination.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Fluency in English and French (an asset).
  3. Exceptional customer service skills and excellent written and oral communication skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with flexibility to work all shifts and adapt to fluctuations in shift times.
