Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at CAPRI MOTOR INN LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring that our facilities are clean and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Recommend Services: Identify areas where additional services may be required, such as painting or repairs, and recommend these to management.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers and refugees, and provide support and guidance to our staff who may be from diverse backgrounds.
  • Support for Youths: Participate in government or community programs that support youth employment, and provide opportunities for our staff to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Support for Veterans: Participate in government or community programs that support veterans, and provide support and guidance to our staff who may be veterans.
  • Support for Indigenous People: Participate in government or community programs that support Indigenous people, and provide opportunities for our staff to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Support for Visible Minorities: Participate in government or community programs that support visible minorities, and provide opportunities for our staff to develop their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
