Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Securico Security Inc. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination
Coordinate and schedule the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Emergency ResponseBe the primary point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and professionally to ensure the safety of all individuals involved.
Team ManagementSupervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
Reporting and CommunicationPrepare and submit regular reports on security operations, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Training and DevelopmentTrain and develop security personnel in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements- Education
No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
ExperienceExperience is an asset, but not necessarily required.
Personal SuitabilityCandidates must possess excellent client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, be organized, and a team player.
