Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring they are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
    • Provide guidance and support to security personnel to ensure they are equipped to handle emergency situations.
  • Operations Management
    • Coordinate maintenance and repair work to ensure the security team has the necessary resources to perform their duties.
    • Monitor quality and production levels to ensure the security team is meeting the required standards.
  • Client Services
    • Assist clients with special needs, providing support and guidance as required.
    • Be the point of contact for clients in emergency situations, providing a high level of service and support.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit progress reports to management, highlighting areas of success and areas for improvement.
    • Establish and maintain accurate records of security personnel's activities, including training and performance evaluations.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Certifications and Licenses
    • Security Guard License
  • Work Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a security-related role
  • Work Environment
    • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
    • Work under pressure
