Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Footprints Security. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities- Emergency Response: Be the primary point of contact for emergency situations, providing guidance and support to team members.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit progress reports, as well as other relevant documentation, to management.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of security personnel, and possibly review their performance.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
