About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Footprints Security. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Emergency Response: Be the primary point of contact for emergency situations, providing guidance and support to team members and clients.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit progress reports, incident reports, and other relevant documentation to management and stakeholders.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support security operations.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Supervision and Training: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of security personnel, providing training and guidance on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a security-related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
