Customer Service Representative Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at CB Canada. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

**Responsibilities**

* Provide world-class customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a fast-paced environment using our state-of-the-art technology
* Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
* Respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions
* Become a product expert and provide knowledgeable answers to customer questions

**Requirements**

* High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of relevant experience
* Bilingual (English/French) - 100% in both verbal and written forms
* Desire to provide exceptional customer service
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with coaching support
