Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Manager to join our team at Mixers Liquor Store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, with experience in supervising sales teams and managing store operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations
- Hire and train staff, or arrange for training, to maintain high customer service standards
- Authorize payments by cheque and manage store finances
- Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels
- Establish work schedules and ensure staff are adequately trained
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely manner
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to achieve store goals
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role
- Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package
- Fluency in English and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- 30 to 44 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts
