Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating Front Desk Activities
    • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
    • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity
  • Supervising Staff
    • Perform same duties as workers supervised to maintain a hands-on approach
    • Prepare and submit reports to management on staff performance and operations
  • Customer Service
    • Assist clients/guests with special needs to provide exceptional service
    • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Operations Management
    • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery

Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role

    • MS Outlook proficiency
