Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Lions Bay General Store & Cafe. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and that stockroom is clean and organized.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Operations: Establish work schedules, authorize payments, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Training and Development: Hire and train new staff members, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: English.
