Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and talented Associate to join our team in Toronto, ON. As an Associate, you will work as part of a team on challenging and high-profile projects, applying finance and economic theory and practice to complex issues on behalf of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Frame research approaches and manage projects
- Supervise team/staff and build individual expertise
- Develop client relationships and marketing and business development efforts
- Participate in continuous formal and informal training and development opportunities
- PhD in Finance, Financial Economics, or related field with a strong foundation in quantitative analysis, financial markets, and financial market data
- Pre- or postgraduate work experience in a related discipline (preferably in finance, government, related industry, or consulting)
- Intellectual curiosity, excellent analytic and quantitative skills, and practical problem-solving abilities
- Entrepreneurial drive, excellent relationship-building skills, and demonstrated proficiency in written and oral communications
- Desire to work in a collaborative team environment and demonstrated record of outstanding academic and/or professional accomplishment
Brattle offers a competitive benefits package, base salary, and bonus program for eligible roles based on individual and firm performance. The anticipated base gross salary range for this position in Toronto, ON is $205,000 - $212,000 CAD annually.
