Receptionist/Administrative Assistant Opportunity
Rachel Mah Poy Insurance & Financial Services is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all interactions.
- Direct incoming calls and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including billing, claims connections, and annual review emails.
- Support clients with their personal lines insurance plans, providing prompt and accurate servicing.
- Assist clients in understanding the need for Life and Health insurance and schedule review appointments with our expert team.
- Participate in daily lead generation activities to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in reception/administrative work.
- General Level 1 Insurance License (preferred/ability to attain).
- Cold Call experience (preferred).
- Excellent communication, written, verbal, and listening skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic.
- Diligent and hardworking.
- Proactive in problem-solving.
