Support Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at beBee Professionals in Kelowna, Canada.
Key Responsibilities- Provide essential care and support to clients with daily living activities, promoting independence and enhancing their quality of life.
- Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility, as well as provide support with medication administration and daily exercises.
- Monitor clients' health status and report any changes to healthcare professionals, ensuring timely interventions and optimal care.
- Offer companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive and supportive environment for clients.
- Assist with light household duties, such as cleaning and meal preparation, to maintain a safe and comfortable living space.
- Certification as a Personal Support Worker (PSW) in Canada, demonstrating expertise and commitment to the field.
- Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare settings, showcasing a track record of providing high-quality care and support.
- Strong communication skills and empathy towards patients, enabling effective collaboration and care planning.
- Physical ability to perform lifting and supporting movements, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate clients' needs and schedules.
