Job Title: Tattoo Service Supervisor

At Once Piercing & Beauty, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tattoo Service Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and control daily operations of our tattoo studio, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Manage contracts for advertising and marketing strategies to promote our services.
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff, including tattoo artists and support staff.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the beauty or tattoo industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
