Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to ensure profitability and efficiency.
- Operations Management: Evaluate and improve daily operations to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implement operational procedures to drive sales growth.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
