Knowledge Manager

Join us at Desjardins as a Knowledge Manager, where you will play a key role in assisting with training logistics and delivery. As a technical expert, you will provide discipline-specific support for our unit's activities, initiatives, and processes. Your ability to tailor your approach as needed is essential. You will research and analyze processes, information management, and data processing. You will draw on your sound decision-making skills to solve technically complex problems and recommend ways to change or adjust methods and procedures to make them as effective and efficient as possible. Your responsibilities will include:
- Serving as a resource person and providing technical support for complex operational issues
- Helping evaluate training needs and identifying and validating training approaches, tools, and content
- Carrying out specialized technical studies, research, and analysis. Submitting solutions and action plans
- Rolling out and maintaining software and manual and automated processes. Training users
- Preparing technical notes to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members
- Helping practitioners follow our unit's standards and processes and use its business solutions, tools, and systems

We are looking for a candidate with a general college diploma in a related field, a minimum of three years of relevant experience, and advanced knowledge of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members, and/or clients. Action-oriented, customer-focused, decision-quality, differences, nimble learning, and situational adaptability are essential skills for this role.
