About the Company

A & Z Foods Inc is a dynamic organization seeking an experienced Administrative Director to oversee our office operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing daily tasks, ensuring efficiency, and driving productivity.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary in the range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) matching program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure alignment with company goals
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish clear expectations
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Administer policies and procedures related to record release and access to information legislation
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance
  • Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
Work Environment

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment. Public transportation is available.
