Job Description

The Senior Director, Product Management role is critical to driving growth in Canada through market share and wallet share expansion. You will lead the product management department and develop commercialization strategies for high-value products and services.

  • Develop annual product plans, including sourcing and marketing priorities, with cross-functional teams.
  • Create comprehensive demand creation plans and implement data-driven business analytics.
  • Manage private label and vendor management protocols, ensuring optimal procurement requirements.

As a seasoned leader, you will drive positive results and maximum value from assets and activities. Your expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Project, will be valuable in this role.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in product management, sales, marketing, or supply chain leadership.
  • Experience in healthcare or a related field.
  • Expertise in data-driven business analytics and decision-making.
  • Leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams and concurrent projects.
  • Ability to present to Senior Management/C-Suite and influence decisions.
