Vernon Beauty Bar Ltd. is seeking an experienced Assistant Spa Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a team in a fast-paced spa environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and oversee daily spa operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Evaluate and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Manage spa budget and inventory, ensuring optimal resource allocation and minimizing waste.
- Supervise and train spa staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- College, CEGEP, or equivalent certificate with 1-2 years of relevant experience in spa management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate and improve operational processes.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
