About the Role

Vernon Beauty Bar Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our spa, ensuring that our high standards of customer service and quality are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Direct and control daily spa operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Performance Evaluation: Regularly evaluate the performance of spa staff, providing feedback and coaching to improve their skills and productivity.
  • Business Planning: Plan and organize daily spa operations, including managing budgets, inventory, and contracts for advertising and marketing strategies.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise spa staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a spa management role.
  • Work Setting: Spa environment with a fast-paced atmosphere.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, and strong communication skills.
