Job Summary

Lam Nail Salons Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our spa, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of spa professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management
    • Direct and control daily spa operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
    • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
    • Plan and organize daily spa operations to meet business objectives.
  • Staff Management
    • Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff to ensure compliance with company standards.
    • Plan and control budget and inventory to ensure optimal resource allocation.
    • Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies to promote the spa.
    • Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Supervision
    • Supervise a team of 5-10 spa professionals to ensure they are meeting business objectives.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Client focus, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, and ability to work in a team environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a spa management role.
Work Environment

The Spa Manager will work in a spa environment with a fast-paced atmosphere. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service.
