We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team at Rayacom. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for recruiting and hiring staff, planning and controlling budgets, managing contracts, and implementing training and development strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit and hire staff to meet the needs of our organization
- Plan and control budgets and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources
- Manage contracts and agreements with vendors and partners
- Develop and implement training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Plan and organize daily operations to ensure smooth delivery of services
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
- Experience working with diverse populations, including newcomers, refugees, and Indigenous peoples
- Knowledge of accessible and inclusive recruitment practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
