Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Jewellery Store Manager to join our team at Nanda Jewellers Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our jewellery store, including managing staff, planning and organizing daily operations, and evaluating the effectiveness of our sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficient and effective sales and customer service.
  • Manage staff and assign duties to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet sales targets and customer demands.
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and potential sales volumes.
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
  • Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to improve performance.
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Repair minor defects and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail or jewellery store management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to meet changing business needs.
