Transportation Logistics Coordinator

Olymel s.e.c / l.p is seeking a skilled Transportation Coordinator to oversee the operational logistics of our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and reviewing work, dispatching personnel, and following up on issues with work orders.
Key Responsibilities- Compile and Process Orders: Gather and organize orders and instructions received from customers, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Operational Logistics: Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including scheduling assignments and coordinating activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Work Coordination: Coordinate and review work, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Dispatch and Scheduling: Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Issue Resolution: Follow up on issues with work orders, resolving problems and ensuring that tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Availability: Be available to start work on the advertised start date.
- Work Authorization: Be legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Experience: Have previous experience in a related field of employment.
- Certifications: Possess the required certifications for the role.
- Education: Have completed the highest level of study indicated.
