Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Coordinator to join our team at Olymel s.e.c / l.p. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring the efficient movement of goods and materials.
Key Responsibilities:- Compile and process orders and instructions received from customers
- Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including scheduling and dispatching personnel
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
- Coordinate and review work assignments, ensuring timely completion and quality
- Prepare and track work orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent required
