Pizza Pizza is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and requisition food and kitchen supplies.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring a smooth and timely service.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
  • Hire and manage food service staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
  • Prepare and submit reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in food service management or a related field.
  • College, CEGEP, or equivalent education in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
