Are you a seasoned professional looking for a new challenge in the healthcare sector? Interior Health has an exciting opportunity for a Director of Supply Chain in Kelowna, BC.

We are seeking an experienced leader who can drive strategic relationships and operational improvements across our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners, including health authorities and private sector suppliers.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving improvements and optimizing operations, performance, and costs. You will be responsible for monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and negotiating changes and priorities with the Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA).

Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor performance and hold the provincial supply chain accountable for meeting service level agreements and KPIs.
* Identify persistent or critical challenges and leverage lessons and insights from clinical and operational teams to drive improvement.
* Represent Interior Health at governance committees, including PHSA's Category Management and Supply Chain Operations Committees.
* Provide input into shaping the provincial supply chain strategy, policies, and metrics, while advocating for the unique needs of Interior Health.

The salary range for this position is $116,591 to $167,600. Interior Health establishes salaries within the minimum and maximum of the salary range based on consideration of the qualifications, experience, and internal equity review of the salaries of other employees.

As an advocate for Interior Health's supply chain needs, you will be responsible for monitoring KPIs and negotiating changes and priorities with the PHSA. You will also lead and participate in change management actions to transform supply chain practices for efficiency, standardization, and best practices.
