Key Responsibilities

As an Engineering Manager - Mining and Metals, you will be responsible for leading the engineering effort on assigned projects. This includes coordinating with cross-functional teams, such as Process Engineering, Project Controls, and Procurement, to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

  1. Develop and implement cost-effective engineering solutions that meet project requirements;
  2. Lead the engineering team to ensure that projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards;
  3. Collaborate with Discipline Leads and Engineering Department Managers to ensure that staffing levels are appropriate to achieve project commitments;
  4. Work with the client team to ensure that project deliverables are met and that client expectations are exceeded;
  5. Other duties as assigned.
