About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned mechanical engineer to lead on various projects and maintain the technical capability and production requirements of the service line. You will work closely with the Engineering Manager to analyze existing data, forecast business decisions, and report findings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze data to inform business decisions and report findings to the Engineering Manager or Engineering Director.
  • Work as a Project Manager, Relationship Manager, or Technical Specialist to deliver high-quality projects to clients.
  • Plan and review projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Establish operating standards and manage unusual conditions to achieve objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Maintain technical capability and provide technical expertise on projects.
  • Identify and submit projects for technical awards.
  • Work with Project Managers, Engineering Managers, and Directors to secure large multi-company projects.
  • Perpetuate and clarify WE culture and values.
  • Build and maintain a network of colleagues for solving unique engineering problems.
  • Stay current with changes in the service line.
Requirements
  • P.Eng. status with the appropriate provincial association.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in HVAC consulting.
