Water Engineering Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Water Engineering Manager to join our team at Associated Engineering. As a Water Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in managing projects related to water infrastructure, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects related to water infrastructure, including planning, design, and implementation.
- Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders, to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and community groups.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering from an accredited post-secondary institute or diploma in Engineering Technology from an accredited technical institute.
- Registered, or eligible for registration as a professional engineer with EGBC or a technologist with ASTTBC.
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in the engineering consulting industry focused in the water or wastewater sector.
- Proven project management experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Committed team player and highly motivated.
- Self-motivated and looking for career advancement.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to travel within Canada.

The salary range for this position is $85,280.00 to $135,200.00 and is commensurate with experience relative to this position.
