About the Role

Bannister Automotive Group Chilliwack is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine customer needs and preferences to discuss vehicle options
  • Complete quotes and explain financing/leasing options for new and used vehicles
  • Follow up with prospective customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with potential and existing customers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and product information to provide expert advice to customers
Requirements
  • Valid Class 5 or N Driver's license
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles and sales is an asset
  • Professional appearance, verbal and written communication skills, and basic computer proficiency
