Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff to ensure efficient service and high-quality food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that inventory levels are maintained.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
